AIBA Nexus

Legal

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the current AIBA Nexus service and its control-plane features.

Effective July 22, 2026

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and have authority to connect any account, data source, deployment, or workspace you configure. Workspace owners are responsible for member access.

Acceptable use

You may not use Nexus to violate law, compromise systems, evade access controls, distribute malware, or infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for reviewing AIBA output and any action approved through your workspace.

AI and connected services

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before consequential use. Connected providers have their own terms, availability, and data practices. Nexus does not guarantee a provider's service.

Community software and managed services

Community software may be self-hosted without artificial restrictions on AIBA's core intelligence. Cloud charges cover measured infrastructure, storage, managed model usage, and operational services. Enterprise terms cover expressly contracted support and governance. Ending a paid service does not revoke access to exported Community software or customer-owned data.

Usage, estimates, and invoices

Usage and charges are itemized by source. Estimates and customer-paid provider costs are labeled separately from AIBA invoice charges. Applicable taxes and third-party charges may be billed separately. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate product or account channels.
