Privacy Policy
This policy explains the categories of information AIBA Nexus processes to provide accounts, workspaces, security, and product operations.

Information we process
Nexus processes account details, authentication records, workspace configuration, activity records, and the content you intentionally place in a workspace. Connected services may provide additional data only after you authorize the relevant integration.
How information is used
Information is used to operate and secure the service, maintain workspace isolation, provide requested functionality, troubleshoot failures, and meet legal obligations. Nexus does not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Credentials are stored separately from ordinary workspace data and are designed to be encrypted at rest. Session tokens are stored as one-way hashes. No system can guarantee absolute security, so access controls and deployment choices should be reviewed for your use case.
Control and deletion
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information, subject to security, contractual, and legal retention requirements. Workspace owners control membership and workspace content.
