What is an execution hour?
It is time your hosted agents are actively running work. Time spent idle and waiting for your next request is not counted as active execution.
Can I run Nexus for free?
Yes. AIBA Nexus Community is free when you run it on your own computer, VPS, or server. You provide and maintain the hardware, storage, and AI provider access.
Do I need my own AI API keys?
It depends on how you configure your agents. You can connect supported provider accounts, use local models where available, or use AIBA-managed model access when offered. Model costs are shown separately from hosting.
What is the difference between Cloud and self-hosted?
With AIBA Cloud, AIBA hosts and maintains Nexus for you. With self-hosted Nexus, the software is free and you operate it on your own computer or server.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can review available Cloud plans and manage your subscription from your Nexus account.
What is Enterprise?
Enterprise is a tailored setup and support service for organizations that need onboarding, security review, training, hybrid deployment, or custom integrations and workflows.
